All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Emma Giacalone.  When you use this website you agree to use it only for your own personal, non-commercial use.  Anything else is prohibited without our permission.  You many not modify, distribute of repost anything on this website without our prior consent.

Product Information

All products are designed and handmade in the UK using fabrics including recycled and vintage materials.  Patterns, materials and colours may vary slightly from item to item but this will not affect the overall look for the design.  due to the natter of the material used in our products, minor blemishes in the pattern/weave are inherent to the fabrics and are not considered a fault.  Our products are created using raw edged appliqué and freehand machine embroidery, which is like writing/drawing by hand using the sewing machine as a pencil.

Shipping

All of our products are made, prepared, and shipped from our studio in the Cotswolds, UK.

We endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible. For printed items, and accessories, the lead time is typically less than three working days. Please allow up to four weeks for bespoke and original artworks. For pre-order items, the lead time will be detailed within the product description.

We offer free shipping on many product combinations with an order value greater than £10, as well as the option to upgrade to a signed for or tracked service. For high value items, we will select a suitable, fully tracked and insured, courier service. For all other items, we typically ship with Royal Mail, (free shipping is usually 2nd Class).

For international deliveries, we offer either standard or tracked shipping options, and we will select the most appropriate service to ensure safe and fast delivery of your items.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied, pleased inform us within 14 days of receipt and return the items in their original packaging in a secure parcel, in original condition with proof of purchase.  We will then arrange a replacement or full refund.  I regret that postage cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address wil not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Emma Giacalone Textiles.  We aim to provide the highest service to our customers and respect your privacy.  We do not collect or record any details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.  Your credit car details are processed by our payment processor, Paypal
